Zylah hated these kinds of events. She was expected to attend being the Archon's daughter. And given her 'friendly personality' she was considered very approachable and a bunch of dragons would engage in small talk befitting a hatchling simpleton. It got exhausting.
"What's your favorite thing to do sweetie?" Asked a female Firewing.
"I like to play! Sometimes when dad is doing something hard his tail will move around and I hunt it!" Zyhlah replied in her well practiced sweet voice that made dragons go 'Aaww'
Zylah's attention was torn away by irregular movements of her father. He was unusually determined on something. It was rare she saw him abandon grace in favor of speed. If it was of great importance to him than it was of great importance to her but going after him would do no good. She just watched from a distance and observed him engaging with a very small dragon.
The announcement only begged further questions. She'd been told once, the goddess was her adopted sister but having never seen her and the topic rarely coming up it just felt surreal.
He seemed to be having trouble with his granddaughter. This was an area she could definitely help with. Slowly she began making her way through the crowd towards them. The rich black smoke flowing off her wings bringing attention to her trying to get through by those near her making it a little easier.
Then things started happening very quickly. An obnoxious dragon rudely announced himself. A Firewing turned into a Nightwing that looked a lot like her niece only bigger. It was too much for her to figure out. Her goal became affirmed when she heard dad ask Seth to fetch her. That was her cue to hurry up. Zyhlah entire body vanished and formed into a wispy black smoke the same that always flowed from her wings. She made her way flowing through everyone in the way and reformed next to her father. "Present!"
She gathered dad wanted her to basically secure the tiny black and white dragon from what he had said. The dragon in question did not look very comfortable. She didn't know anything about this dragon. There was only one approach Zylah could think of that had universal appeal to hatchlings. Zyhla walked up to Aurora and whispered to her like she was sharing a secret. "I know were they keep all the food. Every kind of meat you can think of. Let's go raid it.
Aurora looked to Tenebris for confirmation she could go. Mom had told her to stay with him but if he told her to go with someone else she should listen right?
An excuse to get out of the center of attention and get some food was too enticing to pass up especially if she was being given permission
Zyhlah would bring the hatchling to the food before luring her to the wing dad mentioned and play predator and prey or something.

History
Blank* was born to a hunting family that lived up in the mountains a decent distance away from the small village they traded with on occasion. His dragonic heritage manifested on him granting him magic and forming a thin layer of faintly red scales. Blank* took to his affliction fondly wanting to discover why this has happened to him and what it actually means. His parents however were not so welcoming about it. They believed it a sin against their god a disease. One day Blank* got fed up and could not resist the pull of his heritage any longer. His parents offended by their son's renewed determination disowned him and cast him out of there house. Having been raised by his parents to be a survivor he embarked upon a journey to find the awnsers he seeked. He did so alone in the wilds for a long time until deciding he ne needed help and money to acquire that help to find out more. And what better job to earn those funds and persue his goal than to become an adventurer.
Appearance
Blank is a tall light blue eyed long blond haired elf. He has an almost uncanny valley appearance where you can't quite place what's going on. His skin has a very faint pinkish tint due to the thin sheet of scales that runs along it. He however hides as much of it as he can in clothing even during very warm days he refuses to cut back on his clothing. His clothes are nothing special looking like they didn't cost much and has been stitched back together a few times.

Astral took her front paws off of Incas when he asked his question. It was the question everyone in the room was likely asking at this very moment. Actually they were asking that forming a mob around her attempting to grab her attention and ask their questions or toss their insults. Was mostly confusion though. Many were even attempting to invade her personal space to demand her attention but she wasn't having any of that. With no effort she erected an invisible force field in a radius 10 feet away from her. No dragon could break through it magically gifted or otherwise. Astral kept her wings over Incas not willing to completely break from the hug. "I...It's a very long story."
At that moment Tenebris and Baldirak got into a rather heated fight with pretty big consequences. "I'll explain it all after we're out of here." Astral said to her son. "I got a potential civil war to break up." Because apparently fate decided that today needed to get more crazy and this was the way to do it. "After we can escape this circus It'll be just you and me, well and Aurora your younger half sister."
Astral dispelled the barrier and took off to fly back over to where her father and ex-prophet were fighting. As she flew over her size quickly grew from her diminutive size to as large as Baldirak. She couldn't very well break anything up if nobody even knew she was there. Landing between the two she flung out her now massive wings to keep the two sides away from each other with magical assistance if required. "Hey, hey! Everyone calm down." Astral was specifically looking at Baldirak. "I'm sorry Baldi this was my fault. I asked him to help discreetly get me out of here with my daughter. He couldn't refuse a goddess." A crazy idea entered the goddess head and never one to turn down a crazy idea she had to offer it. Astral approached Baldirak in a I got something to share with you kinda way. She whispered to him "Wanna go to the moon and talk things out?" She asked with a wink.

Re: Post........
Shortly after nblank left the Twilight Imperium a group of Twilight citizens unhappy with the way things were being handled and run split from the imperium. They traveled around looking for the few small tribes that still existed that had never joined the Twilight Imperium. They lost a lot of dragons on the journey and it took a long time before they finnaly created the blank.
This new faction unlike the others is not a monarchy. Instead the members of each profession tracker, guardian, and scholar/elder would nominate a representative of their group. Those three representatives are the leaders of blank.
It took a long time for them to be recognized as an official faction with the Twilight Remnants and nblank still does not recognize them and refuses to engage in diplomacy with them.

Re: Post........
The Twilight Imperium has been through much. It has nearly fallen apart on multiple occasions. Yet somehow through it all the royal family has remained intact. It is the most resilient faction of all time. After parts of it split it became known as The Twilight Remnants to reflect their loss power but also their resolve to push through the hardest of times.
Their long existence has granted them culture and stability in a way no other faction can match. The split happened without bloodshed as the monarchs did not want to destabilize things even further and in doing so prevented it's collapse.
The Twilight Remnants remains the most powerful and influenial faction.

DRF/rpgdragon.org discord server membership is mandatory and we need to know what accounts you will be using on our server. Anyone found on our server and not on our discord will be given a warning. After the warning they will be kicked from the server. If they come back another warning will be given. After that warning they will be banned from the server.
Though you must be in our discord you do not have to register a character on our site. Non registered dragons are considered rogues. You must have a registered character on our site to participated in our persistent and ever changing lore and hold ranks within the factions.
High ranks such as Queen or King or Royal Guard also require consistent server activity especially for faction leadership roles.
Speaking of lore our Day of Dragons server is considered an alternate universe from that of our site and takes place many years in the future. The major differences being instead of dragons being driven to near extinction the humans were brought to total extinction and the gods never made an official return.
This is an RP heavy server. Text chat should be done in character and out of character chat should be symbolized for example ((insert out of character chat here)).
Don't go around killing others for no reason or KOS as it's called. Especially if they are in the same faction as you.
Your character cannot die unless you allow it. If your dragon dies in game by a player, AI, or an accident. Then your dragon is considered very injured and the time it takes you to grow a new dragon is considered the recovery time.
Swearing is prohibited except the following exceptions. Damn, damnit, hell. We're dragons get creative if you want to insult or exclaim something IN CHARACTER.
Please be respectful to the people playing. Not everyone enjoys the same kind of RP. If you have a rude and abrasiveness dragon and someone doesn't like it OOC then go role play with someone else.
It's hard to be dragons without some play fighting. If anyone 4 calls/surrender calls then the fight is over even if it's before it began they aren't interesting in engaging in a play fight. You should surrender call long before you are close to dying. If the winning dragon continues to attack a couple times after the surrender then they are responsible for taking care of that dragon during their recovery. If you have to leave early then you owe helping them out another time. If they have to leave early then your debt is considered paid.
Ranks Explained
Emperor/Empress/King/Queen: These are absolute rulers of their related faction. In the case of Head Guardian/Head Tracker/Head Elder they share leadership of Cyfeillgar. You must be an active member of the community to get one of these ranks if one is available.
Royal Guard/Royal Guardian: Responsible for the protection of the faction rulers. Is appointed by the faction leader.
Royal Tracker/Inquisitor: Is responsible for advising the faction leader on matters of intelligence and in the case of Tracker food supply as well. Is appointed by the faction leader.
Scholar/Royal Elder: Is responsible for advising the faction leader on matters of cultural and knowledge progression in the faction. Is appointed by the faction leader.
Rogues: Are factionless dragons that choose to strike out on their own. This is the default for those who do not register a character on the site. Though you can chose this at character creation if you want.
Guardian: Are the soldiers of the faction. Their main duty is to make sure their territory isn't breached by rogues or enemy factions. And to escort guests in or unwanted guests out. Anyone may choose this at character creation.
Tracker: Trackers are responsible for gathering food for the faction as well as scouting beyond their faction territory for threats and opportunities. Anyone may choose this at character creation.
Scholar/Elder: Are responsible for gathering knowledge and teaching Trainees. Anyone may choose this at character creation.
Trainee: Trainees are young dragons who have not chosen what they want to be or are in the process of training for it. Currently locked until Day of Dragons is given a system where we can selectivity freeze growth.......Which could be never.
Below are short descriptions of each faction and the available high ranks within them.

The Start
Name: Celestia Tsuki
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Rank: Chuunin/Jinchuuriki
Elements: Lightning
Village: Konoha
Clan: N/A
Appearance
Appearance:
Pre Jinchuuriki:
If you could only use one word to describe Celestia it would be exotic. Her skin is as pale as a ghost yet her eyes shine with a vibrant emerald green. Hair blacker than night on a new moon flows smoothly just past her shoulders; the bangs resting partly over her eyes. Though her body small it has matured to it's peak. Despite being petite she has curves that can't be missed yet without being out of proportion to her size. She typically wears dark clothing her favorite outfit being black skinny jeans and a special black shirt speckled with tiny stars that only sparkle with the stars at night. She generally has a neutral deamener observing with what seems to be indifference to the events that unfold around her. Mistaken for an arrogant spoiled child she sometimes is as she travels around with pride and grace, a confidence understood by few.
Post Jinchuuriki:
Face Claim:Ahri -LoL
Height: 5' 2"
Weight: 100 lb
Personality
Personality:
The world in Celestia's eyes is plagued with misunderstanding. Misunderstanding that is creating from pretending to know or knowing only part of the unknown. The only true evil in the world being the unknown itself. It's reach and influence corrupting humans to spread confusion and to forever hide the truth from them. It is the pursuit of this philosophy that has led many to believe Celestia to be uncaring and without emotion. In truth she cares about everything but only acts or reacts when she has clarity or in the pursuit of clarity. However as time passes she finds herself being unable to relate to the delusions of others unintentionally distancing herself from others. Her ability to empathize diminishing with each passing season.
Likes:
Cold sushi and seafood of all sorts. However she find things as strong tasting as oysters to be too much.
Training, as a strong body facilitates the growth of a strong mind.
The night sky and everything that lies beyond. It is a beautiful unknown incapable of being discovered, revealing itself only when all others have looked away.
Books and writing of all sorts containing near immortal evidence of thoughts from those not present to tell them.
Puzzles, riddles, games, and anything that is an exercise of the mind or body regardless of how bad she might be at it. Â
Dislikes:
Lies and deceit. Nothing pisses her off more than the spread of false hoods weather they be false truths or false intentions. They only serve to confuse and prevent understanding. However in part she is guilty of some of this unable to bring herself to allow others to understand her.
Extreme temperatures at least extreme from her perspective. Left without a choice she prefers the cold as it is much easier to manage by simply bundling up.
Depending on the circumstances she has a mixture of pity and disdain for those who won't stand up for themselves. Regardless of your strength if you can not bring yourself to fight then you can not hope to ever change yourself or anything around you.
Kugutsu. She doesn't know why she hates this practice she just does. However the reason it does is it reminds her of the fear she has over her own possible decent into the manipulation of others.
People with nothing interesting to give getting in her way. It's annoying.
The Past
History/RP Sample:
The Tsuki family are a monarchy family that rules over the land of moon. They were a family of great wealth however a great world war their land was ravaged by bandits. They maintained their power but in order to preserve their blood line the queen and kind of the land sent their children out to live with the hidden villages paying a large amount of money to ensure their safety. In this monarchy unlike many others around the world the first born regardless of gender is the heir to the throne. The king and queen of the time sent their eldest daughter to live in Konoha during the raids. For one reason or another however all the other children were killed or passed away without continuing the line. The eldest daughter however chose not to return and instead stay in Konoha. She was upset with their pampered way of living and found her family to be disconnected with the needs of their people. She decided to stay in Konoha and raise her children to earn their own living and live as commoners. The leadership was handled by the Stuarts who had the responsibility of taking care of the throne till a heir arrived. Celestia is the eldest born of the children of the eldest daughter of the previous king and queen.
Luck did not favor the Tsuki family however as Celestia's family struggles each month to provide food for the family and pay for rent. Celestia was a very active and idealist young child and joined the academy of her own decision. She showed talent in the occupation of a shinobi and and went to the academy. She has become a vital part of providing for her mother, father, and younger brother going on missions and provided a hefty supplementary income for the family. Despite her mother being unfaithful to her husband, her father being addicted to drugs, and her younger brother being a pain in the ass, Celestia was quite comfortable with her life.
Things were beginning to really look up for her life when she made it to genin. However things quickly began taking a turn. It started with the bijuu attacks on all the villages. While it wasn't a priority as the bijuu didn't do a whole lot they were concerned about a more serious future attack. There was an old man shinobi jounin in Konoha however who had been obsessed with the legend of the bijuu. He had dedicated his life to finding and sealing these beasts. The village considered him quite crazy but kept him around as he was very loyal to the village. His goal at first was to seal one inside himself to turn himself into a weapon to make Konoha a national super power. However as the years passed realized he was too old to do that anymore so his new goal was simply to find a promising young shinobi to seal it in. There was a problem with the sealing logistics of things however. He invented his own unique sealing technique. Unless one was an Uzumaki it was pretty much impossible to servive if a host had their bijuu taken from them. Following this reasoning he sought after a solution to more closely merge the bijuu with the host both as security to keep the powers in check and maybe to help the host and bijuu bond. Testing wasn't really possible to prefect the technique as the only living chakra beings with a soul were the bijuu the same bijuu he couldn't even seem to locate. His techniques were going to be a trial by fire.
After the bijuu attack this old man managed to trace the chakra returning to the 9 tails. He couldn't believe his luck finding the legendary 9 tails. It seemed to be confident in it's place of refuge a permanent home for the beast. How the years must have made them soft as well. He spent a month making the necessary preparation to ensure he could pull this off himself. There was just one missing piece to the puzzle. He needed a host and there was a particular young kunochi who caught his eye. She was young and had lots of potential. He didn't know much about her family history but they seemed to be poor and this poor girl was doing everything she could too keep her family afloat. She would be a fine host at least the best he could find with the limited time he had. He didn't want the 9 tails suddenly disappearing on him not after spending his whole life to find him this one lucky time. He approached Celestia offering her the opportunity to do something grand for her village to help it become much more than it currently was. Celestia jumped at the opportunity more so seeing as an opportunity to provide her family and herself with more than they'll ever need and never have to worry about it again. She had no idea what she had gotten herself into and when they arrived she could only stand in shock at what was about to happen. However only half of Kurama was sealed. The other was sealed in someone else using a different method just in case. When she awoke a few days later after having the 9 tails sealed in her she didn't even have the chance to wonder if it had been a dream as she was pretty sure she was still in a dream. She awoke to find her body to have changed. Primarily only the facial features were a noticeable change but she felt very much different. The sealing technique had spliced her DNA with that of the fox to make her a more compatible host giving her fox features instincts and eternal youth. It doesn't trap the fox within her and if it were to be taken from her she'd retain these features despite probably being dead as a result. Her status as a jinchuuriki is a secret and she plans on keeping it that way using the transformation technique to keep herself disguised as she once was. Every day now she struggles with hiding what she has become and how to cope with the changes it has brought.

- Spoiler:
A little rp sample of a story I never finished. History will come later.
What is one suppose to do after their country has turned on them, your parents have been killed, and you're running for your life. Celestia was only 10 there wasn't a whole lot she could do. As soon as she was out of Meirie she just curled up in a ball and cried. People came to her asked what was wrong where her parents were, but how was Celestia suppose to respond. She just shook her head and eventually they would give up trying to help and continue on with their own busy lives. Celestia would run the scene over and over again in her head, but it didn't matter it didn't make sense no matter how many times she re imagined the events that had transpired. She was well liked by everyone in her community and her parents were in good standing as well. She had read about people in traumatic situations blaming the bad things on themselves, but she didn't see how it could be her fault. She did everything right as far as she knew. Could she be wronged for something she didn't know she was suppose to be doing? Even though she couldn't figure out the answer she kept playing it over in her head positive there was an answer to be found. One thing Celestia had discovered very quickly is things in life were easier to understand when you knew the true root reason behind it. There were many fake reasons that hid the true reason you had to dig through but as soon as you found that root reason that root motivation everything made sense.
A day passed and Celestia was no closer to making sense of the situation despite thinking on it all through the cold night. Now she was hungry and feeling very weak from her ordeals. It wasn't difficult to find food and bedding to recover her physical strength but nobody had the time or space to keep her around for long so she moved from bed to bed ignoring all questions about where her parents were or where she lived. Her mind was singularly focused on explaining why things have happened. As usual she had little progress. She accepted the fact maybe her parents had done some things she didn't know about but no matter what they did it couldn't justify what had happened to them. Celestia wondered and wondered stuck in her own imagination and uncaringly wondering into the deserts of Cormere. She just kept pushing and pushing through the desert and for and answer but neither were taking her anywhere. Eventually her mind and body could take no further and she simply collapsed on the hot desert sand.
Amazingly Celestia did wake up and she didn't wake up in the desert. When she awoke she found herself in a bed with a blanket over her. It wasn't a particularly comfortable bed but it was better than waking up in desert sand. Sitting up Celestia tried to gathering her bearings. She appeared to be in an underground room which was dimly lit with candles suspended on the walls by little earthen shelves. The air was incredibly stale and stuffy. The only furniture in the room besides the bed she sat in was a old worn wooden nightstand next to the bed and a large wooden chest up against one of the walls. The nearby nightstand held some bread and a couple glasses of water which upon discovery Celestia downed one of the glasses. On the other side of the room was the only entrance a metal door. Celestia's first action was to go check what was outside the door but found it to be locked from the outside. She looked for a way out but found nothing. She even tried to dig out but the earth around her was very dense. She decided to munch down on the bread and wait to see what happened. After a few hours a middle aged man with tan skin walked in. He had short dark brown hair a a little goatee. He already gave Celestia an unsettling feeling with the black cloak he wore. "Hello little one. What were you doing out in the desert all on your lonesome?" He asked with a gruff voice. It was pretty clear this is the person that rescued her from the desert and seemed pretty pointless to be wary of him. Besides how worse can her situation get. Besides maybe it was about time she opened up. She didn't get a chance to say anything though as her crying started anew. The middle aged man looked sad and stayed for a little bit, but after it went on for about half an hour he left. A few hour later he returned after with some more food and water. He handed it to the little girl and asked "Better?" Celestia nodded her head. "So what happened?" he asked. "My family was killed and I don't know why. And I don't have anywhere to go." Celestia replied. "Do you know who killed your family if you don't mind my asking?" "My country." Was Celestia's answer. "And you said you don't know why right." Celestia nodded her head and began to eat some of the food the man brought. The man didn't need to know what county, she was very clearly a celestial. "So what is your name?" The man asked to which Celestia replied "Celestia." "Well Celestia, I'm afraid to inform you there was no reason behind it. It was just unfortunately chance and you seem to be on an unfortunate marathon to have ended up in my hands. Though in your condition perhaps it was fortuitous I stumbled upon you. I'll give you somewhere to live, food to eat, but more importantly I'll give you reason to exist. I'll show you the answers tomorrow. For now I'll let you get acquainted with your room." With that the man left. Upon finishing her meal Celestia went to test the door again. Sure enough it was locked and she had the next day or night or....she didn't even know what time it was. Kinda hard to tell when you were stuck underground. Either way she had lots of time to ponder the unsettling stuff he had told her. She couldn't fathom what it meant though.
Celestia didn't get any sleep and it seemed like forever before the goatee guy came in again. "Come follow me." He said gesturing her to follow which she gladly did just to get out of that room. He then gave her a tour of the underground complex. The room she had been in was one of many in what he called the kitten quarters. There was a large kibble room as he called it where the food was prepared and eaten. The play pen or living room. The training area was just called the training area. This whole place was a huge underground establishment but the weird thing was they seemed to be the only two people around. As she was led to the last area though Celestia could hear the sounds of many many voices growing louder and louder. What she was shown next was the most surreal thing she had ever seen. She and the middle aged guy stood in an elevated booth that over looked an underground arena. In the arena 2 kids about Celestia's own age were going at each other with intent to kill. Each had a dagger and each was had open bleeding wounds. There were two stages of stands that wrapped around and over looked the arena. The lower stage closest to the action contained an assortment of different adults who clearly were being entertained. In the upper stage were a bunch of kids some younger than Celestia some older but not by much. Some of this kids were also intently interested in the horrible fight happening while others seemed disinterested talking among themselves and glancing down at the scene every once in awhile. Only a few of the kids in the upper stage watched or looked away in horror or distaste. Only after Celestia had soaked this all in did the goatee man speak. "This will be your new life to entertain our guests here. The better you do the more food rations you get. The longer you survive the better weapons you'll be rewarded to help you survive." That was all Celestia needed to know to know she needed the heck out of here. She tried to bolt out and escape this crazy place but the goatee man stopped her grabbing her and forcing her to watch the two kids below fight it out. "I wish I could tell you there was reason behind this but there isn't. You were chosen simply because I happen to stumble across you. Just like what ever happened to your parents was probably just happenstance. Wrong place at the wrong time. If it weren't for me though you'd be dead in the desert sun, so you owe me your life and I'm going to have you pay that debt by entertaining our guests. I don't know why but there is an audience for watching the weak try and kill each other and I'm here to facilitate that. And you little kit are going to help with that unless you'd rather perish of starvation. Your choice really." Celestia was forced to watch the fights end. Who won made no difference as she didn't know them but it was still a horror to behold.
After it was over Celestia was escorted back to her room and she was left alone to ponder this insane situation she was in. There wasn't much to ponder though. All she could do was soak it all in. It didn't matter how nice she was or well liked she had been back home. Nothing she had done back then made any difference now and nothing had prepared her for where she is now. To state she was terrified would be stating a huge under statement. Sleep took over and with any luck she'd soon wake from this nightmare.

"Ladies and gentlemen!" A rather round short man announced gaining everyone's attention. "Tonight is going to be a special night. Returning to our auction house is the only mermaid that's been captured." Most the people attending cheered in excitement but a few only groaned that they'd never be able to afford such a luxury slave. "We're saving best for last so in the mean time enjoy our stock that includes many quality slaves and budget savers."
The place looked like an underground strip club and in fact there were naked poll dancers entertaining the crowd among other things like a bar and gambling tables. It was a criminal safe haven or even a hardcore party jumpers best dream. It was hidden away in Kiri itself with many officials and some shinobi paid off to keep the place running. If you need a liver transplant on the cheap or an assassin to kill your ex-wife/husband this was the place to go. They even had their own private band playing music and dark lights to set the mood. All the while the main attraction the auction was going off. Most the stuff being sold was expensive stolen goods that professional thiefs have acquired and this was the best place to fence it. In between the many items an occasional slave was sold. Anything from poor orphans with no family to beautiful men and women stolen from wealthy families.
At the back of the auction stage was a large water tank that held the mermaid. When the time to sell her came they would open the curtains as the tank was too much trouble to move. There was a special barrier placed on it to make sure their valuable stock wasn't stolen. It even came with an airpump to oxygenate the water. Couldn't have their prize stock suffocating in the sealed tank of water.
Pearl sat at the bottom of her tank wondering who she was about to be sold to and how she could be useful to them. They typically just kept her as eye candy though which made that her. If she could make herself useful then she might be able to avoid being sold again. It wasn't a fun experience being taken to the auction house. Pearl sighed as she examined her tail. Maybe she'll get lucky and her new owner would finally take this darn lock out of her fin that was trapping her in her mermaid form. Doubtful but one can hope. It discouraged swimming being an uncomfortable hindrance not that she had much room to swim but anything was better than just floating around. It was just a standard pad lock with a seal on it. In theory she could try ripping it off but that would hurt like hell and she would never be able to bring herself to do it even if it meant a chance at escaping.

In all of the world this was the last place someone would expect to find the young Mizukage who hadn't even reached the legal drinking age yet. Sango could easily admit this was not exactly her scene, it was downright disgusting. However, she still stood among it dressed in a simple dress, wearing shades and all her blue hair pulled up beneath a mafia hat to disguise herself for now. Perhaps that wasn't necessary considering that she had not been the Kage for too long but she'd barely been allowed out of the office to make it to this. Particularly her father had tried to lock her inside of it when he heard what she was supposedly after with this stunt.
No matter how hard they'd tried? Once she heard the rumors that a 'mermaid' was among the slaves to be sold as had doubtfully been reported, the kage would be here every time. According to the announcement she was correct to be here! Well after today there would be no mermaids captured. Sure, some of these operations may be backed by shinobi powerful enough to protect them; It meant nothing when she decided to get involved. One day? She'd cure her country of this plague, certainly it was too grand a task for now, but the least that could be done with the power she currently had was rescuing one of her own. Much as she wanted to save the world rescuing the other slaves would have to be left up to the planned party crashers tonight. None of them had the skill set to save a mermaid if they'd taken all the proper measures to secure it.
Getting her lay of the land by walking around as if looking at everything on sale it became fairly obvious only one place existed to hide a container large enough to contain a mermaid and the amount of oxygenated water needed to keep it alive. Sure, they could have her in human form but allowing the captured mermaid to shift would be downright stupid and she doubted this organization survived this long by being stupid. It was evident she had to be hidden behind that large curtain. Now, what came next may have not entirely been the best choice, but no one claimed that Sango was any expert tactician.
Mist from one of her jutsu filled the area on her command, billowing up from the water surrounding the auction house, in from the windows to blanket everything. Silently she moved through the thick fog to make it behind the curtain and lay eyes on the giant fishbowl, scowling as she did. Glancing around briefly she put a finger over her lips in a 'shush' motion before pointing to the mermaids tail than to her own legs to imply something a bit too risky to say out loud if someone suddenly came upon them. "Can you still swim if you're not in the bowl?" The mizukage asked, eyes locked for a moment onto the padlock pierced into the pink haired girls fins. Could her tail even turn back with that in it? Sango wasn't sure, their only escape method may be beneath them in the form of the water surrounding the dock this particular warehouse was on. Carrying another mermaid it's tail on full display through the city may not be the best idea.

Pearl's eyes looked up from her aimless pondering as a thick fog engulfed the room. That was weird. A bunch of people decide to light up a bunch of big fat cigars or something? She couldn't really smell it being trapped in here. She quickly moved on from the momentary distraction her gaze aimed downwards once again.
She was distracted once again however when a young girl walked up within view distance and did some strange gesturing. Well young for this crowds demographic she was probably the same age if not a little older than herself. Or maybe a little younger? It could be hard to tell sometimes.
"Can you still swim if you're not in the bowl?" Pearl followed the girls gaze to the lock in her fin. This was all kinda strange. Than it hit her. This was a rescue or a rescue attempt anyone. Or a trick! Yea more likely a trick. There is no way someone that young could get past all the seasoned criminals in the room and ever hope to rescue her. Maybe this was a test from a potential buyer. They wanted to know if she would take the opportunity to take off if given the chance. They wanted someone loyal. Which meant they had more plans for her than to just be an ornament. This was it, this was her chance to be useful and actually belong somewhere again!
Pearl shoot her head which might seem like she was saying no to the question asked. "No I can't go. If I leave then I'll be a burden to them. I need to be useful." Pear said refusing to fall for this trickery.
Sounds of voices near their prized possession during a fog which disrupted things, set off a lot of warning bells in the minds of the other residents around. In only a couple moments it wouldn't be just the two of them behind this curtain anymore.

Despite her constant searching the Twilight queen couldn't find the goddess she sought to kill. She couldn't find the human loving traitor anywhere. It was rather difficult to gain information in a culture you knew nothing about other than they are a bunch of evil little imps and deceptively strong in numbers. Strong enough to decimate her mate's tribe. Which was very odd. Why did they only attack the Earthwings. They didn't keep the territory or anything. She really expected them to continue on and attack another tribe. But oh well, that was neither here nor there. It was time to take back their territory all of dragon kinds territory. And the Twilight Imperium would be at the lead. Who knows, maybe she could take in the other alliances into the fold after this was all over. And after that, with all dragons working together. They could wipe out the humans. Kenina purred rather pleased with these thoughts. She was sitting in her room of moonstones. As much as Astral disgusted her these artifacts were rather useful. Besides Astral had no claim to them anymore anyway. She'd abandoned everyone and everything.
Kenina began pacing around the moonstone riddled room pondering the best way to act next.

An hour after coming out of hyperspace above Felecat Kitty came to her senses and shifted into humanoid form. The dragon seemed to still be asleep which worried Kitty. She knelt down by it her ear twisting to get a better listen at the dragon's breath and heartbeat. It was getting labored and the heartbeat was irregular which was a very bad sign. "Droid! Take us down now, right next to the palace." Kitty shouted. Kitty then turned her attention to Ak Veh'rum. Seemed he didn't grab a lightsaber just to be safe, which was foolish but also probably for the better. A curious ignition and her affiliations would be made clear. She continued looking at him without saying anything. He was with her because she had needed his help, but now not so much. The thought to kill him did briefly enter her mind but she quickly disregarded it a little upset with herself she'd even brought it up. Was this an effect of the dark side or her upbringing? She wasn't that kind of sith. Jedi who were more aligned with the dark side called themselves dark jedi. Maybe she should call herself a light sith. Once they got on the surface she could arrange his transport to where ever and he'd be out of her hair. Wait had she promised to compensate him for his trouble? Well didn't matter he'd probably refuse to leave until the dragon had recovered and been released. It would be so simple to force him. She was the princess of Felecat after all and heir to the throne, not that she had any intention of taking that responsibility. Once that time came and she refused the position someone else will take over likely a distant cousin or something. She'll arrange a deal with them to leave her operation alone. She'll probably have to find new people to work for her though notably her facility security which was taken from the military.

Underneath the temple was a house in of itself, a place for the family to live while they stayed in the city and could travel back and forth from their home in Kryo as much as they wanted.

Re: Post........
A slow exhale of breath and squeeze of the trigger and a blaster bolt goes flying through the air hitting the ground next to the Womp Rat startling it causing it to take off over the desert dune.
"Nice shot." Commented Iella an Anzat that was part of the 11 others Naviera had hired to hunt with her.
Naviera turned to look at the woman with an unamused look. "I missed."
"Yea but you got really close." She happily replied.
"It's nothing to celebrate." Navi said getting up from the sand and brushing herself off before slinging her Nightstinger over her back.
Gluupor a male Imzig jumped into the conversation. "With all due respect ma'am you're paying us to tag along we're going to do whatever to keep getting paid. You rich types tend to love being complimented on every little 'achievement'"
The short red headed Hapan feigned annoyance for a moment. "I like this guy. The rest of you are fired, leave."
After getting over the shock of having just been fired Iella questioned "But...you're our ride?"
"Then go wait in the ship." Naviera answered with an actual annoyed tone.
Soon it was just her and Gluupor left. The Imzig was feeling gutzy though and decided to press his luck. "If I'm covering for all 12 of us now then I want the pay of all 12." He said with dead seriousness.
Naviera started laughing heartedly "I really like you." She said after she was done. "Deal." Naviera pulled out some credit chips and handed them over to him. "Oh but uh, you're fired." The Imzig just shrugged and started heading for the ship.
Naviera turned around and surveyed the sun lit scorched terrain. There wasn't any signs of life that's the whole reason she did some target practice on the Womp Rat at such an extrema distance. Naivera huffed in defeated annoyance. The mood was ruined and she didn't really feel like hunting anymore anyway. Kicking the sand Naviera resigned herself and started heading back to her ship the Hugacha Royal that massive Ardent-class Fast Frigate just sitting on the sand like it owns the place.
Once back in space Naviera asked Ak Veh`rum to go drop them off where they'd been picked up. Meanwhile she boarded her YT-2000 and headed off for the nearest bar.
Making her way in the bar didn't look any different from any other. The only thing the Hapan would commit to memory was they didn't force her leave her weapons. Which was good because she didn't trust her Nightstinger or her Vibroblade with anyone she didn't know, so this place was now on the list of places she was willing to revisit. Naviera took a seat and ordered a Pink Nebula.
