Rules.
Player take turns passing a save file around.

All vessels must have a weapon manager on them. This includes separating a vessel into two or more vessels such as a rocket that distributes satellites. In the build phase do not forget to add weapon managers to those.

During each turn you may build one vessel or sacrifice or sacrifice it to gain a Kerbol.
Every turn you also get 1 research point.
You can not use researched equipment the turn you researched it.

At the start of the game you have 4 Kerbol's and must stick them somewhere on your starting location right away.
No Kerbols can be kept in the virtual base(must be physically present in the world)

Built vessels can not be used until the following turn. You may use/move up to five vessels in a single turn.

Vessels can only travel so far in a single turn.
Launching into orbit and establishing a stable orbit takes one turn.
Deorbiting and landing takes one turn.
Changing orbits to a different planet/moon/sun takes one turn.
Planes can fly to/attack and fly back in one turn provided it doesn't need to refuel. Each refuel ends the turn.
Ground vehicles must take 3 turns to reach their chosen destination if it would take longer than an hour to do so manually.

The goal of the game is to reach 60 points.
Points are earned by colonizing planets.
To colonize a planet and gain the points for it you must place 6 flags at the corners of the planet.
You must also have a self sufficient base in terms of electricity, food, oxygen, water, ore, converto-tron, housing for at least 4 Kerbols.
After you have placed 6 flags on a planet if you have a converto-tron, ore miner, and at least 4 Kerbols one the surface you may build at that location.
In the case of planets with water such as Eve just land a buoy in a flags place.

After you have claimed the points you may removed the relevant flags if you desire.

Anything built outside of Kerbin must start with empty resources. Supplying those resources will be the job of the new base.

If two people colonize the same planet the one who did it first gets the points. The other person can take the points if they can sabotage the competing colony. Once all the planet is free of Kerbols belonging to the opposition than they claim the points of that planet as their own.

Planet point values:
10 points: Mun, Minmus
15 points: Ike, Gilly
20 points: Duna,
25 points: Eve, Dres, Pol, Laythe
30 points: Vall, Bop
35 points: Tylo
40 points: Eeloo, Moho

Under no circumstances can you view another person's vessel inside the Vehicle or Rocket lab. To find out what some is up to on the surface you can either send something to their base or construct and fly a Spy Satellite to the planet/moons orbit.

To view vessels in space around your planet's system you can construct/send a telescope. Telescopes can see object in space in the planets system and in orbit around the sun. They can not view vessels on the ground or in orbit in other planetary systems.

Drones/probes can't be used for military purposes. Except defense stations.

Vessels which are not military can not have weapons. The only exception is for space stations. For example you can't give your Mun lander .50cal turrets. If you want to defend it in orbit you must make a separate orbital defense platform

There are no saves or re-dos. Once your craft has left it's starting position you can not spawn another and try again if something goes wrong. If the vessel is destroyed you will have to build another at a latter turn.
